2.裝好懸架零部件的車橋往車架上合裝時需擔保車橋定位準確，符合整車廠的前橋定位要求和軸距要求，超差時需通過加裝調整墊片、改變可調推力桿長度等方法進行調整。為防止批量裝配中回數多加墊調整，需求在車架焊接時對懸架導向機構的聯接點 的位置精確度嚴加控制。

When the axle with the suspension parts is mounted on the frame, it shall ensure that the positioning of the axle is accurate and in line with the front axle positioning requirements and wheelbase requirements of the whole vehicle factory. 3.懸架裝配完成并對氣囊充氣后，懸架高度應控制在預設高度A±5mm以內 。

4.整個安裝緊固件擰緊至規定力矩，若兩個以上的緊固件為一組，應按規定力矩擰緊后，再重復檢查一遍擰緊力矩。

5.充放氣時高度閥應工作正常，且高度閥橫擺桿和豎直調節桿與車架無運動關涉，氣囊正常充氣、排氣。
